To leave or not to leave?

I'm sitting at Starbucks thinking about Yoshi. He's thousands of miles away, finishing up the last three weeks of his job. Considering the current situation in Japan, it's hard to say what the right thing to do is.

Is the foreign media blowing up the nuclear crisis?
Is the Japanese government hiding information from its people?

When in doubt, trust your instincts.

I chose to leave Japan; Yoshi chose to stay. It seems that the difference in reaction is a cultural thing. I have a 'better safe than sorry' attitude while Yoshi has a 'loyalty first' attitude. Neither is right or wrong. And we chose to respect our differences.

The best decision is always the one we make together.
